My name is Marc Frey. I am an attorney specializing in civil law, particularly consumer law and complex class-action cases. I have been with the law firm KLAMERT & PARTNER for over eleven years, and have served as a partner since April 2015. My name is Denys Osypenko. I have been a legal consultant at KLAMERT & PARTNER since November 2025 and am your first point of contact if you would like to receive advice in Ukrainian or Russian. I am not a licensed attorney in Germany—the licensed attorneys at our firm bear legal responsibility for your case. My role is to serve as a bridge: I listen to your case in your language, provide legal context for documents from your home country, make official decisions understandable, and prepare your strategy together with the attorney handling your case. Before moving to Munich, I spent over two decades working in Ukraine’s business and legal sectors—as a prosecutor, head of several legal departments, and a company founder.
