My name is Marc Frey. I am an attorney specializing in civil law, particularly consumer law and complex class-action cases. I have been with the law firm KLAMERT & PARTNER for over eleven years, and have served as a partner since April 2015. During this time, I have represented several thousand clients—many of whom were in situations where they didn’t know what to do next. My name is Denys Osypenko. I have been a legal consultant at KLAMERT & PARTNER since November 2025 and am your first point of contact if you would like to receive advice in Ukrainian or Russian. I am not a licensed attorney in Germany—the licensed attorneys at our firm bear legal responsibility for your case. My role is to serve as a bridge: I listen to your case in your language, provide legal context for documents from your home country, make official decisions understandable, and prepare your strategy together with the attorney handling your case. Before moving to Munich, I spent over two decades working in Ukraine’s business and legal sectors—as a prosecutor, head of several legal departments, and a company founder.

We manage our case files using cloud-based law firm software hosted in Germany and fully compliant with the GDPR—encrypted document transfer, separate client portals,
access logging. We communicate with courts and government agencies via the beA (special electronic attorney mailbox), which ensures legally compliant and rapid correspondence as a matter of course—deadlines are thus documented not just in the mailbox but within the case management system. As a client, you receive fee invoices, file releases, and status updates digitally—and, upon request, in summary form via regular reports if your case spans several months or involves multiple court instances.

What we deliberately choose not to digitize is the legal judgment. A complaint is not drafted within the tool, but in the lawyer’s mind. A strategy is not calculated by an algorithm, but developed through a thorough analysis of your specific situation. For us, digitization is a tool that accelerates the craftsmanship of our work, not a replacement for it—and one that takes the burden off you as a client without reducing you to a mere user of a software interface.

Unsere Kanzleiräume liegen in der Heimeranstraße 37, 80339 München — im Münchener Westend, dem Stadtteil Schwanthalerhöhe, einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Theresienwiese, dem Sendlinger Tor und dem Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Wir sind in einem klassischen Münchener Altbau zu Hause, mit den hohen Räumen, dem Stuck und dem Tageslicht, das in dieser Stadt zum Glücksfall geworden ist.
